Dr. Steven M. Kelsey, a Native of Louisville, Kentucky, is a sought-after, dynamic speaker. He has traveled extensively, speaking on issues that have divided people of all ethnic groups. He is a retired law enforcement officer of 25 years. He holds a PH.D. Forensic Psychology, Master of Education (Mental Health), Ph.D. in Biblical Christian Counseling, Bachelor of Theology from Simmons Bible College, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor. Owner of Fresh Start Educational And Counseling Center Inc.

Certified as A Battlers Intervention Autonomous Provider (BIP) and (DUI) Administrator, Certified Life Counselor (AACC), Member of (the KCCRT) Kentucky Community Crisis Response team, Certified Pastoral Crisis Intervention Counselor for (KCCRT) Certified (MRT) Department Of Correction (DOC) Re-Entry Provider Instructor for those coming out of prison trying to re-enter society. AODE State Certified Drug and Alcohol Provider State Certified Targeted Case Manager is the CEO of Fresh Start Educational and Counseling Center Inc.
